These Terms govern your use of Forge Athletic Systems ("Forge," "we," "us"), including our website and coaching application. By creating an account or using Forge, you agree to these Terms.
Forge provides software tools for wrestling coaches, including a practice builder, team and roster management, weight-cut planning, live dual scoring, a tournament finder, and a coaching content library. We may add, change, or remove features over time to improve the product.
You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your login email secure. You must be at least 18 and authorized to act on behalf of your team or program. Forge is intended for coaches and program staff, not for use by minors directly.
You own the content and data you enter into Forge (your rosters, practices, plans, schedules, and notes). You grant us the limited right to store and process that data solely to provide the service to you. We handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the data you enter, including any information about student-athletes, and for following your school's and state association's rules regarding student data.
Don't misuse Forge. You agree not to: use it unlawfully; upload others' personal data without proper authority; attempt to breach security or access other teams' data; resell or redistribute the service or its content library; or reverse-engineer the platform.
The Forge platform, its software, branding, and its coaching content library (drills, systems, guides, and curated video references) are owned by Forge Athletic Systems LLC or its licensors, and are provided for use within your subscription only. Third-party instructional videos referenced in the library remain the property of their creators and are linked, not hosted, by us.
Forge is provided "as is." Coaching and weight-management tools are aids for planning, not medical, legal, or professional advice. Always follow NFHS and your state association's rules, and consult qualified professionals (athletic trainers, physicians) for athlete health and safe weight management. We don't guarantee any particular competitive result.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forge Athletic Systems LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You may stop using Forge and cancel anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination, your right to use the service ends; you may request an export or deletion of your data.
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. We'll post the updated version here and update the effective date; significant changes will be communicated by email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
